are an organisation / group of parents / relatives of drug users.
This is what we also are: families struggling with drug abuse or drug
addiction of a family member (son or daughter, brother or sister,
partner, grandson or granddaughter). We work in our neighbourhood,
our city, our country but we feel the strong need also to cooperate
with other parent or family organisations across the borders. We would like to exchange experiences and learn from each other. We think it is important to making our voices heard. Our goal is to create an European Network of acceptance-oriented parents and other relatives of drug-users. To establish our Alliance, we work together and we are part of the European Network Social Inclusion and Health – Correlation. In the framework of this network, we are able to develop our plans and activities. In November 2006, we had a seminar on empowerment and emancipation of drug users and the families of drug users. |
